DERRICK L. BROWN 

Pastor D. Brown is the founding Apostle and Pastor of By Faith Ministries Impact Center, a dynamic ministry based in Huntsville, Alabama, dedicated to transforming lives through faith, service, and impact. A proud Alabama native, he is a devoted husband, father, war veteran, and retired U.S. Army First Sergeant (1SG).

Answering God’s call to ministry in 2002, Pastor Brown has served faithfully under an apostolic anointing, empowering others to walk in their God-given purpose and make a lasting impact in their families, communities, and the Kingdom of God.

In 2013, he founded By Faith Ministries Impact Center out of a passion to reach the lost, heal the brokenhearted, and restore faith to those in need of hope. His vision is to build a ministry that doesn’t just gather people but equips them to impact the world around them through faith in action.

Together with his wife of 31 years, Pastor T. Brown, he leads with integrity, compassion, and vision modeling the power of faith, family, and unity in ministry.

Pastor Brown’s life and leadership embody the message of living by faith and making a difference wherever God leads. His unwavering devotion is anchored in his favorite scripture, Romans 1:17: “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” This truth continues to shape his mission to lead others in living a life of faith, purpose, and impact.

TAMIKA M. BROWN

Pastor T. Brown is a vessel chosen by God to serve faithfully alongside her husband at By Faith Ministries Impact Center. A native of Washington, D.C., she has devoted her life to ministry since 1998, walking in grace, wisdom, and an unshakable faith in God’s purpose.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach, Pastor T carries a powerful passion for empowering women, guiding youth, and restoring marriages through biblical truth and practical encouragement. She is the author of Women in the Waiting and the founder of the Women in the Waiting Ministry, a movement dedicated to uplifting, equipping, and inspiring women to grow spiritually while embracing their divine identity and purpose.

Married to Pastor D. Brown for 31 years, she is not only his partner in life but also his partner in purpose. Together, they exemplify the beauty of unity and the strength of a faith-filled marriage that continues to impact countless lives.

Rooted in her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5–6, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths,” Pastor T lives out her faith by trusting God’s direction in every season. Through her compassion, leadership, and prophetic insight, she continues to make a lasting impact, helping others find healing, purpose, and the courage to walk boldly in faith.
