DERRICK L. BROWN 

Pastor D. Brown is the founding Apostle/Pastor of By Faith Ministries Impact Center, a ministry based in Huntsville, Alabama. A native of Alabama, he is a husband, father, war veteran, and a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant (1SG). With a deep commitment to God’s calling, Pastor Brown has been actively ministering since 2002 and operates under the apostolic anointing. In 2013, he founded By Faith Ministries Impact Center, driven by a passion to minister the gospel and impact lives by reaching the lost, healing the brokenhearted, and renewing faith. Through his leadership, he inspires others to step out in faith, fostering a community where faith and service go hand in hand. Pastor Brown's life and ministry are a testament to the transformative power of living by faith. His faithfulness and servitude toward God are deeply rooted in his favorite scripture, Romans 1:17: "For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith." This verse serves as a constant reminder to him that living a righteous life is only possible through faith in God.

TAMIKA M. BROWN

Pastor T is a prophetic vessel chosen by God to serve alongside her husband at By Faith Ministries Impact Center. A native of Washington D.C., she has been faithfully serving in ministry since 1998. As a Certified Professional Life Coach, Pastor T has a deep passion for ministering to women, youth, and restoring broken marriages. She is also the author of Women in the Waiting and the founder of the Women in the Waiting ministry, which empowers and supports women in their spiritual journeys.

Guided by her unwavering faith, Pastor T draws strength from Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” This scripture serves as a foundation for her ministry, as she encourages others to trust God fully in every aspect of their lives. Through her leadership and dedication, Pastor T continues to touch lives and help others find healing, purpose, and direction.
